Improving cost-efficiency for Trupo Treats

Trupo Treats was making the best vegan chocolate but battling with high ad spend with low returns. They needed to stand out to increase customer acquisition. When they came to us to support their new product launch, we knew exactly what to do. 

We offered a three part strategy to improve cost-efficiency and performance. 

  1. Audit Trupo’s ad account to offer specific recommendations for their internal ad strategy to overcome these challenges.
  2. Launched ads on our whitelisted account, giving an endorsement from the world’s leading Plant Based News platform which adds credibility to their products and puts them head and shoulders above their competitors. 
  3. Implement a full-funnel campaign structure. This allowed us to reach potential customers at every stage while reducing ad costs. Top of Funnel generates traffic to their website while middle of funnel delivers sales at a strong ROAS. We reduced their CPA by over 50% in the initial three months. To date, we consistently achieve a return on ad spend that is 3 times higher than Trupo achieves internally.

To support these ads, we developed fresh creative which blended PBN’s style and Trupos to create engaging ads with high CTRs. As well as stills, we created original videos (click here to see an example).

Additional activations are free for PBN partners. For Trupo Treats, a PBN-exclusive deal ran for two weeks through our newsletter and an additional paid social campaign. In two weeks, PBN generated over 250 purchases through paid social with a 3.3x ROAS.
